Hello it was nessasary to restart my phone and now the advertises that I had before are gone.i don t receive new ones.it helps mi to play better.please help and I be gratefull

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

I don't think restarting your phone caused you to lose the Advertisements!
Ads are still in testing and once our turn is over, those testing features will be moved on to other group of players!! Coincidentally, the time you have restarted your phone and the testing time to end for your account could have been the same.
But, please don't be despair! There is a great possibility that you will receive the Ads again! But, it is only a matter of time!
As a player, all you can do is to --> (1) make sure that you install the App updates regularly; (2) keep enough free space on your device memory (minimum 2 GB is required); (3) stay active in the game.. and wait!

I finished the candy crush royal with 22 straight wins but I didn’t get the 280 gold what should I do. I contacted support but they sent me here.
I had the Super Color Ball and was on level 14612 (approx) and I never lost it but after playing for a while, it disappeared. So for the last few weeks I've been madly playing, winning games and accruing points to win the 240 gold bars. The tournament ends in 12 hours and I've won all the events and now there is no path to accrue any more points.
