Unfortunatley I think the winter cup was a scam... I won and have not heard anything yet.
I should have taken a screen shot of when it said I came in first and claim ypur prize.

How long do we have to claim our 100 gold bars for the month @QueenB?
In order to claim their reward, winners will need to log into the game monthly, between January 9th 2024 09.00am EST and December 31st 2024 6.00pm EST to claim 100 monthly Gold Bars. Unclaimed Gold Bars will be forfeited.
I want to make sure I have the correct information. I followed some links to view the terms and conditions but it still has the incorrect information, nothing has been changed. I know we will get them for the first time February 1.
Do we only have 9 hours to claim them or the whole month? I read it as we can claim between February 1, 2024 9:00am EST and February 29, 2024 6:00pm EST. Is this correct? Thank you.

The bars are being delivered today to some winners. Per contest they were to be delivered after January 9th. There was to much confusion on the reading of the information. My gold bars for 3 games have been delivered as promised. I just logged in on one of my family games.

@QueenB I noticed a lot of misinformation between yor staff and King.Please reread your post on this event .I don't know who you are in contact with at King but obviously there's a issue with what you posted and what's happening here. I HAVE POSTED MY PICTURE OF the gold bars received yesterday. Therfore what you are saying is not correct. I know your staff is to only monitor the forum not to really answer questions but if and when you do hopefully it would be the correct answer .

Yes, there has been a miscommunication from my side and I apologies for that ๐
Anyone who made it to the final should have have also received Gold Bars starting from the 9th January but there seems to have been a delay on sending out the rewards. The studio is currently working on correcting this and that is why we see some mentioning that they have received it and others not yet.
If you made it to the finals and still have not received your Gold Bars, please share your Game ID so I can pass it on to Player Support Team so they can help!
