@BrecJack I think we need to report our ID number every month. I bet most people don't get the bars. because they don't report it to @QueenB .Last year I won and only got 6 months out of 12. I even contacted support and they had no idea what the heck I was talking about lol.. I also contacted Queenb last year and nothing happened. I'm still bitter about that. Guess we need to get those ID number again.
@QueenB My ID number is 14207161654 for my 100 gold bars. I know king seem to be unable to give certain players the bars without manually doing it. I really feel bad for people that have no idea that they can come here and ask for help. I know last year in August king support had no idea about the Winter Cup winners so even if the contact support they still might not get the bars. King had no idea what I was talking about 6 months after the event last year. Very sad so if you could remind them it would be nice. Thanks
