i think peter is usually a bit too down, but i fully agree this time. I also have reported this a year or so ago, but indeed nothing is being done. You shouldn't have to lose your game/win streak/cup royale/…. without being able to make any move. This isn’t so difficult to address: if players fail a level before being able to make any move, you should just ignore the result and let them replay. This can’t be difficult to implement … unless King believes this is just fine the way it is. That would be so sad.

I no longer bother to give any input on new levels. I just got sick and tired of being rudely ignored.

i had the same oops no moves possible (without having been able to play any move) with 15 824.

Lost my win streak necklace.

Luckily i was not finishing up a candy royale and i have some levels to reload my necklace before the next nightmare/legendary skull.

But this is why this is so frustrating. It affects more than just failing that level ….

15804 is another impossible level on mobile iOS

There is no way to get the two yellow keys or the two Gummi dragons released in the upper corners. I had 2 color bombs together did not only got rid of one layer stripe and wrap did nothing and the yellow keys at the bottom. The only videos posted are android hacks that use lots of boosters and get to watch a video a video for extras.
I have never had videos and don’t not want to spend my gold bars on a very poorly designed glitchy level.
