Use existing inventory

I've received quite a few coconut wheels and purchased or won gold bars. The number of gold bars did not increase on the play screen or in inventory.🤔 The wheels do show in inventory, but the only option I have is to use them to buy gold bars... in quantities of more wheels than show.🤔 So how can I access and use the existing coconut wheels or retrieve the missing gold?

I am sorry! I am not clear about the issue you are experiencing!! Did you not receive your rewards OR some of your purchased items did not appear in the game.

If you did not receive your purchased items. You will have to contact King Customer Support by following below steps...

1) If you are playing on a mobile device or the App version on Windows10/11, you can send your complaint directly from your game.

--> Click on the Pink Cogwheel --> ? icon --> Scroll down to Purchases --> Select the option that is suitable with your issue --> scroll down all the way till you see "Contact Us" --> Fill up the form and send your complaint;

2) If you are playing on a computer on Facebook - Browser version, send your complaint through this link --> https://soporto.king.com/contact

• While filling the form, select "Purchase Issues or Questions" at "Topic";
• Select "I didn't receive my purchases" at "Subtopic".
