Other people have candy crush but it’s different than my candy crush. They get lots of extras. They can watch a video at the end if then need extra moves to finish. I can only pay to get extra moves. Why?

Every player gets a different version of Candy Crush with different events and levels which play differently from others. Candy Crush is "tailor-made" to the individual. Because your game is different from others does not mean it is harder to advance. You will get events and perks other players don't get. For example I have never used adverts for extra moves but managed to win the Candy Cup, without any adverts or paying for anything.

Thank you for the feedback. The features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might returns to your game.
The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
