I purchased at 2:20 pm yesterday afternoon. 72 hours have not passed. I should still have unlimited lives until 2:20 on Wednesday. I don't believe I got the gold either.

I am sorry to hear that you have lost unlimited lives you have purchased!! Please send a complaint to the King Player Support team and request for reimbursement.
First, I would suggest you to take a screenshot of your game map ASAP! So that, when the PS team writes back to you, you will have the screenshot to show as a proof. And also, please save the receipt!
If you are using a mobile device or the App version on Windows 10/11, please follow these steps --> Click on the Pink Cogwheel -- Click on ? icon -- Go down to "Purchases" -- select an option that suits better -- scroll down all the way till you see "Contact Us" and click on it -- fill out the form and Submit.
