Still not responding and not credited 210 bars for that I'm not planning because I need bars to reach levels adds are not coming so how can I play

In fact you did get a reply from one of the moderators! You need to check the thread you posted in, and reply to them there. @PummyRaj asked you a question there.
The game becomes more difficult the further you move into it @shekerpriya and King do remove ads from games of players as soon as they spend real money. This may be what happened to you, it is part of the game design.
Whilst I know nothing about those gold bars you are missing, this is a player discussions forum and to contact King about gold bars you purchased and did not receive you will need to contact customer support. There is a small "contact us" at the bottom of this page below the King icon. You can also contact them from within the app in settings (the cog wheel). In settings use the ? icon and scroll through the suggestions until you see "contact us" at the bottom. If you receive an automated email that you do not find helpful reply to that email. Keep replying to their emails until you are satisfied with the answer you get.
