Cannot keep the candy tools I win. Lose as soon as I win them.

When I complete my candy box or complete the box of six pink candy balls I win and accept a bunch of tools to help pass levels. But then They disappear!! I also won 30 lollipop hammers recently, I used 1 and now they have disappeared!! This has been going on for months now. I cannot progress without using the tools. How do I fix it?

I am sorry!! I understand that when you said "candy box", you were referring to Chocolate Box.

But, what is the "box of 6 Pink candy balls"? Can you show me a screenshot of that feature? Is it the Daily Win, where the first level we win in a day will be registered and the sticker will be filled?

If so, most of those rewards are "timed" boosters. The in-game boosters like UFO booster - we can use only once in each level. You can that UFO booster once in each level, until the timer expires.

It is the same with that Lollipop hammer too! What you won was 30 minutes of Lollipop hammer booster. Once you use it in a level, you cannot use it again until you win or lose the level. If you replay the level, you will be able to use the Lollipop hammer again.
