I’ve tried everything. Using an iPad and can’t connect to store. Suggestion received to clear cache but I can’t figure out how to do that as Settings does not have an “app” selection to clear cache from, as suggested. If anyone has a solution I’d be so appreciative!
I can’t make any purchases bc the store will not load. I’ve tried every troubleshooting tip here and nothing works. I have a great Wi-Fi connection etc. Please help!

Please go to your device settings menu then apps and clear the game cache as it may be overloaded then log out and leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if this resets it for you 💓

Also - I have offloaded (not deleted) the app, shut down iPad, and reinstalled app. That did not solve it either. Just wanted to let you know what I’ve tried. Thanks!

Same thing been happening to me for 2 days now.
Same here. It is not the iPhone App-Store that is not working but the store in the App. What should we do? I am also not able to log into my account. It keeps telling me: Try again later. For 2 days now.
