I'll be surprised if you haven't passed this level by now, but just in case: There is no chocolate on this level any more but apart from that it plays like the video above in PummyRaj's post. Hit the lucky candy from below with striped candies. More to the point, in general, if you are stuck on a level on a Sunday, wait for the Monday morning (in Europe, might be lunchtime where you are) update and you might get a lucky board. Here is mine:
