Hi there. Please check out my answer in this thread. What you have to do is hit the mixer a total of five times to release the dragon.

Thank you so much for answering my question. I hit your video and it doesn’t play. It’s just a picture. I have hit that mixer at the top and nothing happens. I will keep trying. I also check to see if there are any updates to the app and there aren’t any. It just opens up. I was doing so well up until this one!! I will keep trying.

The baby Dragon is hiding above to that spawner/Magic Mixer at the top of the screen. Once you destroy that blocker, the Dragon will drop down.
Remove the Frosting in the bottom of the board -- create Wrapped Candies & Striped candies and make combos in the direction of that spawner blocker. After few tries, it will be destroy the blocker and dragon drops down.
