I am over level 8000 and have played for years. When I first set up playing I said not to watch videos for extra gold. Why can’t you change it to watch? If you can’t then can I delete the game and start over? Will it allow me to do that?

Of course you are allowed to delete the game and start over. Uninstall the app from your device.
If you really want to reload it then clear all cookies and internet history from your device first, before downloading the app again from the app store. It will start again at level 1. When you wish to save it you will have to choose a new login.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
