My two candy culprits are in the spoiler
D-1 Bubblegum Troll frequent antagonist has been caught stealing candy before from Tiffy. He is large sticky bubblegum that bounces around on the Candy Board.
He has a light pinkish-coloured body with a gold or grey pin for his arms. He resembles a stretched piece of bubblegum.
B- 2. The Frog (Candy Frog) is a Candy Eater he helps with Tricky levels as long as you keep feeding him candies. He will eat the same color candies and will grow.
When the candy frog consumes 6 candies , it will reach a state where a "Frogtastic!" voice can be heard. He has little limbs that will stretch with suction cup to grasp.
