Level tag on my icon is incorrect.

I am on game level 5046 however my icon still shows level 4000. This is both on my iPad and my Samsung Galaxy 23 phone. How can this be corrected? I have asked this questions several times and have never received an answer or a correction on my icon. Please help!

Replaying level 5000 did not change the level of my icon tag from 4000 to 5000. Is there anything else I can do?
