Can't claim chocolate box rewards or start new one

I completed a gold chocolate box. When I try to claim it I get a message that says: connection issue. Please restart or try again later. Please do not reinstall the game. I followed directions on other message board to update app, restart device and then play a level, but no change.

Device: Google pixel 5a. Game ID: 12091786799.

No! You won't find any records on this site because, it is just the forum, where players help each other!

You should have received an automated reply from the King team to your personal email! That email contains some tips and for you to join the Community, etc.,!

We usually receive that message within 10 minutes from the time we send our complaint👍️
