Check your internet connection, storage and try turning off and on your phone. It could just be a simple software issue and if this doesn’t resolve it, get back to me and I might be able to help.
Sometimes resetting your phone can help, I do it from time to time with different applications.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
