I played the game for long years and stopped for 3 years, pity that I will leave the game after reaching 12k+ levels if freebies will not available anymore.

Hello. I have nothing to do with King. I am, like you, a player of the game. This forum is for players to help and advise other players. My advice is that you cannot request ads in your game from King. They never put features into players' games by request. They create test groups randomly and then assign events to them. I am sorry but there is nothing you can do. If you don't believe me, I suggest you contact King by using the "contact us" at the bottom of this page, just below the King logo.
For your information I have never had ads in my game and do not get held up in my game, using a different playing stratgy. But I do understand that players who are used to ads struggle to play without them. It is the most commen complaint I read about in this community. There is a thread about it all here:

Because I can't pass even 40 levels in a week without freebies in game. I stopped playing for few years and restarted last summer and passed more than 6000 levels.
Candy Crush team should find a solution for this trouble otherwise none of players can continue to play.

Yes, if you make a purchase then your ads for freebies will disappear. This is not the official King response, but has been documented and tested out in this community many times.

I am living the same situation. I can't receive any ads and extra moves by optional ads (after buying a small booster pack ingame a week ago)
Is this related with buying any pack in ingame store?

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
