Did not even start a new race, somehow ended 5th

As per title! I did not even start a new race and after opening the app after about a week it said I ended 5th and that I lost my 250+ 1st place streak.

I know I finished the last race as I am currently sitting on a level right after the golden star in the pink circle that resets your lives. Plus I always make it a point to finish the race.

This is highly disappointing and demotivating to continue playing. Especially after finishing more than 10K levels.

Our Community In-charge did not have the resources to check the history! Hence, I would suggest you to contact the King Player Support team and send them a complaint.

Since you are playing the App version of the game, please follow below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel located in the top right corner of the game map screen;
• Click on ? icon in Settings window;
• Go down to "Events" and click on it;
• Select Episode Race and click on it to open it;
• Scroll down all the way till you see "Contact Us" and click on it;
• You will see a form to fill out. Enter all the details and explain the issue in "tell us what you need" box. Submit the form.

The first email you will be receiving is an automated email that is like an acknowledgement. Please wait up to 72 hours (more or less, depending on team's busy schedule) and if you did not hear back from anybody, send a reply through the automated email you have received. An agent should be contacting you soon. But, please be aware that it might not be possible to restore the Win-streak manually!!
