It seems that the connection in French is not working even on King site, French doesn't work. I am able to connect to the App Store, the problem is not on my side
I can see that I'm not alone having this problem with gold bars and connection..... Hope this will be fixed soon. Please get back to me if more info are needed

I have one question @Soleilyne Have you ever saved this game before? If you have, then you must choose the option right at the bottom of the login page. "already have a King Account? Log in with email". On your screenshot I can see you tried the option at the top "Pas de compte King? inscrivez vous" . This will only work if you have never saved the game using this email before.

I do not play through Facebook. I have downloded the app many years ago and do not remember , here is what it says on my app list

Thank you for replying back and informing that you are playing on Windows 10/11! One more detail, just in case it's needed... are you logged into the game through Facebook or Kingdom account?

I know that the link I have mentionned in French, is for the "Help Center" of the Community! but I want you to notice that it is not working, so I cannot search for my problem in my own language.maybe this has a link with my problem since I play in French. Anyway,, I made some screenshots on a document attached. I find very strange that this problem occured the day an update was made on Candy Crush Saga. Please do not forget that I play Candy Crush Saga on my PC with Windows 10

Can't I use my Yahoo email to receive verification email for Candy Crush? The link has expired and it says I should request a new verification email via my King account in the game. (Candy Crush) I have tried to but have not received a new verification email to my Yahoo email.
I had logged in my account in new device the old levels are not visible.My level is 846 but in new device its showing level 11 I need to solve this problem, give me solution.

Still waiting for candy royal competition. This is day 5 whitout getting it. Can you developers do something about this. Im only at level 1300 ish and my old account i got it daily now I get it once a week. And it make it hard to advance whit no goldbars. So please do something to fix it.
