Are you playing the game on a Browser -- Chrome, Edge, etc., OR the App version, that's downloaded through Microsoft Store?

What do you mean by "King" site? Can you provide the website link for me?

The link you have provided in French, is for the "Help Center" of the Community! The Kingsters made it possible to check those articles in your own language(s)!
The other link you have provided is for this Community, to ask a question. This part of the Community is only available in English!
And with regards to the "error message", can you please explain a bit more about it? Can you show me a screenshot of it?
When are you getting that error message?

I know that the link I have mentionned in French, is for the "Help Center" of the Community! but I want you to notice that it is not working, so I cannot search for my problem in my own language.maybe this has a link with my problem since I play in French. Anyway,, I made some screenshots on a document attached. I find very strange that this problem occured the day an update was made on Candy Crush Saga. Please do not forget that I play Candy Crush Saga on my PC with Windows 10

Thank you for replying back and informing that you are playing on Windows 10/11! One more detail, just in case it's needed... are you logged into the game through Facebook or Kingdom account?
In the meantime, I will report this issue to our Community In-charge and see what they say!

I do not play through Facebook. I have downloded the app many years ago and do not remember , here is what it says on my app list
