We reached 825 points on the highest ranking this afternoon and when I tried to claim I accidentally went out of the game at the same...when I went back in to claim my rewards it was gone....how do I claim my rewards? Please help.

Can you please clarify few things for me? Which game are you playing? And which device are you using?
Also what did you mean by 825 points? Is it the "Season Mastery" or was it something else? Can you show me a screenshot of that event?
