Screen froze with Ad, unable to exit , had to delete App then download again but lost my level

You can go into settings in the app, which is the small cogwheel at the top. Then go into my account and log in using your previously saved account details. Make sure you use the option "Already have a King account. log in with email" at the bottom if you previously saved a game using email.
