I had won the weekly challenge and for 3 times and it has disappeared. I didn’t get my rearward Plus I won the challenge collecting orange pieces and that too has disappeared

2) If you are playing on a mobile device or the App version on Windows 10/11, follow these steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel located in the top right corner of the game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in the Settings window;
• Scroll down to Events and click on it;
• Now, look for Episode Race and click on it;
• Check if there are any information or tips given to resolve the issue. If not, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
• Fill up the form, explain the issue and Submit the form.
