Treasure Hunt Issues

Hello everyone,

I'm marked as a "newbie" but have actually been a part of this community for over a year. I have been unable to sign in under my original email and password, have tried a number of times, nothing works, so I just re-created another login.

I was finally given an event to earn boosters (Treasure Hunt) yesterday and was thrilled. That is until it started disappearing, and then today it re-appeared long enough to earn 4 rewards, but since this afternoon has been gone from my event page. Is anyone else having these issues with Treasure Hunt? Does Sweet Cinema still exist? I have never had it but have heard about it.

My original login info is Gracie. I get emails sent to me there on new games, but can't use it anymore to login. Frustrating, to say the least.

I'm happy to be here however I can to gain information and insight from tremendous community of friends I have made.

Hi Gracie and maybe @PummyRaj or @QueenB can help you reinstall your old login? It does seem a shame you have to start as a "Newbie".

Thank you for the feedback. Tressure Hunt only a selected group of players has this feature. Others will get the Sweet Cinema one or you may get a mixed of both features. Other than that The features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might returns to your game
