Level 14932 has a bug
This level is almost impossible it used to have 40 moves for a while I couldn’t get anywhere close to completing it, now the moves went down to 30 and it’s even more difficult. You should be able to get close but this doesn’t even allow enough of the boards to drop to be able to complete this level. I’ve been playing a long time and I refuse to pay money to complete a level

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a big in this level!! Is the bug less moves or something weird is going on in the board?
If it is the less moves, it is normal! When levels are released at the beginning, you will those with extra moves. But, as the time goes by, the game developers check again and reduce the moves if they feel the level will be winnable with less moves!

Hello @lepurushi and welcome to our friendly community! This level is marked as nightmarishly hard level and it lives up to its name. I certainly understand that you don’t want to spend any money and there are quite a few players that feel the same way.
This is what my starting board looks like:
Even starting with a color bomb, stripe/wrap and fish I was unable to complete this level with out additional boosters and/or moves. I tried the level twice without extra moves or powerful boosters like UFOs and could not complete it.
As far as tips are concerned, the earlier you can activate the candy cobras, the better so the waffles are released as early as possible. You also want to get rid of the licorice knots early to give you a better chance to destroy the licorice ribbons.
However with 5 colors and the board so congested, it is hard to get boosters to form and cascades to start. I did get a CB to form the second time, but even combining it with a stripe wasn’t enough to complete the level. A CB/wrap combo would have been more effective, which is why I ended up using a UFO originally to help open up the board as well as using 5 extra moves.
This is definitely a level where you hope for that lucky board and to save up some useful boosters in order to beat this level.
