How do I by pass level 46 it's very hard

Hi @oscarmartins361 and welcome to the community! Level 46 is one of the worst early levels. It can take a good few tries until you manage to pass this one even for an experienced player, because if the game doesn't drop the candies you need, you just won't pass this one. You need to wait for a lucky board here, one that gives you opportunities to create horizontal striped candies, so watch out for any chance you get to create horizontal stripes.

When I play this I try to start by making matches next to the icing near the top, working from right to left to take any opportunity to get past the liquorice and free the dragons from under the jelly. While the jelly covers them they won't drop, so it's important to get the jelly off them. Ignore the fishes, they do not help at all. To illustrate this is the starting board.

After five moves I have managed to get one of the dragons free and the game gives me two chances to create horizontal striped candies. A red one at the top and purple below. If I play the top one first, I can still play the purple next. This is a good sign. Matching the purples will also remove the liquorice. Watch for chances like this.

Here I decide to make the blue match at the top in the top row as it will break the jelly and free the next dragon. Once all the dragons are freed, concentrate on breaking into the frosting at the bottom, the dragons will automatically drop down when that is cleared.

Below I think the game is helping me to win with the blue striped candy. I play the match which will leave only the bottom row of frosting.

I did pass this level on this attempt, but only with my last move. It can be tricky, so make sure you take advantage of any chance the game gives you. If you can't see a good move, then follow the one the game suggests to you. That often works.
