Wrong amount of bars

I just competed in the royale an it was 21 levels so was supposed to be a share of 1500. I completed all levels and was one of 5 to get to the end yet we were all only given 100 bars.

The Candy game team was working on this issue! I am wondering if the feature is still having some issues and there might have been a delay to send the fix to all players🤔

I have reported about this issue to our Community In-charge when we received some complaints last time. So, according to her advice, please contact the King Player Support team and send a complaint about the change in the reward.

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel located in the top right corner of the game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• Go down to "Events" and click on it;
• Select "Candy Royale" and click on it;
• Scroll down all the way till you see "Contact Us" button and click on it;
• Fill out the form and send your complaint.

The first response you receive will be an automated email with general tips, which you do not have to pay attention to. Please wait up to (for) 72 hours to receive a response from an actual agent.
