Why don't I get videos that gv free boosters...my cousin,sis in law ,my frnds son thay all get after

I also need those videos so that I can hv boosters..I just hv 1 bomb n I wrapped n striped candy...my frnds son,my sis in law n my cousin all get free videos after every lvl n every now n thn..n sugar sweets..I am playing this after 5-6 yrs and am past 4200 lvl .I had stopped playing after lvl 4100 or more I think.. I started 3 dayys back..plzzz make it play worthy for me..n how to mail u

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
