Level didn’t complete when it should have?

I completed level 4694 on my final move. However, the final dragon did not drop into the square even though there was nothing to obstruct it. The screenshot, although obscured shows the dragon is stuck without any object blocking it. Because of this I have lost my streak and all my boosters. Can this be fixed

But, the level not winning even when the baby Dragon is at the "portal" is a new one for me!!

The issue has been around for years and used to affect the cherries as well @PummyRaj

Hi @Alienscar🙋‍♀️

I am aware about the issue with "Jelly" not clearing in the last move even when the candies matched! I too experienced in my game, once or twice!! But, the level not winning even when the baby Dragon is at the "portal" is a new one for me!!

Hope @craigypickle will send a complaint to the Player Support team! And, I too will report to QueenB from my side 👍️

@PummyRaj @QueenB The reported issue isn't new and was supposed to have been under review. This problem is an extension of the 'candy not getting crushed' issue the collection thread for which got archived.

@christinewupp reported this same issue in June of last year.

Oh no!! That is really odd that you got the pop-up as level not finishing😲

I would suggest you to send a complaint to the King Player Support team. Since you are using a mobile device, please follow below steps⬇️

Click on the Pink Cogwheel you see at the top right corner of the game map screen;
Click on ? icon in Settings window;
Scroll down all the way till you see "New levels / Level Help";
Scroll down to "I passed a level - why didn't it move me forward" and click on it;
Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
Fill the form and Submit your complaint.

If you have any further questions, please reply back by typing in the blank box given below🍫🍫

Not enough licorice falling in 18561
Level 18561 is impossible without boosters and gold bars. Not enough licorice falls to unlock the block. Very disappointing.
