My races no longer exist to get gold. I also can’t access the fast option

1) For the Episode Race, please follow these steps⬇️

• First of all, check for the App updates;
• After you finish an Episode Race, do not play the level in next episode;
• Close the game & do not open it for few minutes;
• If possible, shut down your device and restart it after few minutes;
• Reopen the App and see if the Flag icon appears.

Please let me know if it helped or not! So that, I can report about it.

2) With regards to the "Speed" button --> Do you used to have the button? If so, did you notice when it disappeared? Did your game became too slow now?

The "Speed" button feature is still under testing! I am assuming that the feature might have been moved to other group of players, hence you don't have it in your game anymore!

But, no worries! The chances are that once the test is done, we all might receive it in our game and we can use it forever!

Do you have a feedback about the Speed button for our Candy Community In-charge to pass it on to the game Studio?

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue in your game!

Can you please explain what do you mean by "races no longer exist Gold"?? Are you not receiving the prize at the end of the Episode Race(s)?

OR is the race itself not starting -- Flag not appearing?

About the "fast" option --> Do you used to have "double arrows" at the bottom of your level boards?
