Hello,
It's been one month that my game doesn't connect to the servers. (Try later or restar the game).
I already tried to reboot the phone, switch from mobile data to WiFi, delete cache, log-out from the profile, update 3 or 4 times the game ecc.
None of this worked.
How can I save my progress now??

The connection issue you are experiencing - is it to the game itself OR with the Candy store, where we purchase items to help in the game?
And, yes! That looks like the “automated response” from King, that we all receive as soon as we send a complaint 👍

The problem is with the whole app. It looks like the phone is offline for the app.
