I am sorry to hear that you have experienced a glitch with the Ad feature! This issue is being investigated and we do not have an update on it. You can read about it --> HERE.
If you have purchased anything while playing your level, you can contact King Player Support team and request to reimburse your items! You can send your complaint directly from your game.
With regards to Win streak --> unfortunately, it will not be possible to manually restore the "win streak"😕 (personal experience)!
