Are you asking about the Ad videos that give us extra boosters and/or extra move at the end of the level?
If so, this Ads is still a testing feature, which sent to only few groups of players for certain period of timings. Once that period ends, the test will be moved on to other groups of players! Nobody knows who receives which tests and how long the tests last!
As players, all we can do is - to periodically install the latest version on the App on our device; make sure there is enough free space on the device memory; and stay active in the game. And, wait for the test to reach your game!

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
