Daily I get an update of the terms of use then all my saved lives disappear. Sometimes it happens every time I go to play in the same day.Does the game really update their terms of use on a daily basis ? How can I get it to stop and why do I lose all my saved lives.

I think you are talking about the email you have received after sending your complaint, right? And I guess along with other steps, it has mentioned to ask in the Community, isn't it?

If so, you can ignore that email! It has been few hours since you sent your initial complaint! Please send a reply to that automated email and inform them that "you have already asked in the Community and the Moderators in the Community have suggested you to contact the Player Support team".

A real agent should contact you within 72 hours! If they didn't and you did not hear back from anybody, please send another reply reminding them that you are waiting for help.

Note: Please do not send multiple complaints as it will only delay the process.
