Did you not receive a reward you won in the game? If so, do you remember which it is?

If it is Candy Royale, there is an issue with the feature!  But, any & all missing rewards, you will have to contact the King Player Support team.

** If you are playing on a computer - Facebook Browser version, please use this link to send your complaint --> https://soporto.king.com/contact;

** If you are using a mobile device or the App version on Windows 10/11, you can send your complaint directly from your game. Please follow below steps⬇️

* Click on the Pink Cogwheel located in the top right corner of the game map screen;
* Click on ? icon in Settings Window;
* Go down till you see "Events" and click on it;
* Select "Candy Royale" OR whatever the event/feature you are missing rewards from, and click on it;
* Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
* Fill the form and send your complaint.

Thank you for the feedback. If you miss a reward from any other feature, please report this to our Player Support Team here and tell your Game ID there.

The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.
