Missing event rewards

I'm missing event rewards from the 50 gold crown event, but when I submit a customer service ticket, I get a canned "go to our community help page." At first, I was mildly frustrated by the missing rewards. Now, I'm seriously frustrated. Any suggestions? This is honestly the worst game customer service I've ever experienced

Since none of the tips provided in that automated email pertain to the issue you are experiencing, please send a reply through that automated email itself, and explain the issue once again. If possible, any screenshots to show that you have fulfilled the event will help you to receive the rewards a bit quickly.

Once you send your reply, it might take up to 72 (max) hours to receive a response from an actual agent. Contacting Player Support team is a bit of time consuming process. Please don't give up and don't frustrated. You will receive help for sure, but just a matter of time!
