Frozen game

Question

I won three hours of lives but my game froze.

i now have deleted the game and downloaded it again. I lost everything and am at level 1 with no boosters. I was at level 6502.

then I download the game from Facebook, it occupies only half the page.

Please advise….

Thanks, tried a couple of things and got my level back.

Lost all my boosters….

Some days I can’t access the booster wheel, then I get sent down because I didn’t spin the day before.
