Please don't worry that you do not have the HUB icon in your game! Many players are experiencing this glitch and the Candy game team are working on it too.
But, please be assured that lack of Hub icon is not going to affect your participation of All Stars Tournament👍️

Hello @Denis_Volpe you do not need the Hub in your game to play in the All Stars. To play in the All Stars you need to be resident in one of the eligible countries.
Eligibility: To be able to compete as a Participant in the Tournament you must:
3.1.1. be normally resident in the United Kingdom, United States of America, Brazil, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Denmark, Austria, Ireland, Finland, Poland, Romania, Czechia, Greece, or Portugal;
