help - my app gets stuck on the chocolate box screen, it pops up as soon as i open the game, no x to close it and nothing available to clear it! On both my devices…. Any ideas?

Unfortunately, no! The issue was not resolved! But, I am seeing less complaints than before!
But, whenever we are stick with issue, players are recommended to send a complaint to the Player Support team, so that they can take a look at it.
If you need help sending your complaint, please let me know which device you are using to play the game and I will be able to assist you with steps!

Are you stuck on the "reward" screen or regular chocolate box that shows you the tasks? If it is the tasks box, do you see a "Continue" button at the bottom of the screen?

Ssomeone please explain how do you get pass a level that has over 25 things to knock out, BUT you only get 3 moves???? The ONLY way is to continue using gold bars. What a joke!!!!
