Are you stuck on the "reward" screen or regular chocolate box that shows you the tasks? If it is the tasks box, do you see a "Continue" button at the bottom of the screen?
Can you please show me a screenshot?

No continue unfortunately! I just changed phones and it happens on both!

Unfortunately, no! The issue was not resolved! But, I am seeing less complaints than before!
But, whenever we are stick with issue, players are recommended to send a complaint to the Player Support team, so that they can take a look at it.
