How do I start the candy crush Tournament??

You have to be at least level 25 and accept the ok button once all stars page shows up. The first qualifier is done but on April 1st ( 9 am eastern time) to the 5th the second qualifiers will begin! the second qualifier begins for those who are not part of them yet. when you laod Candy crush if you don't see purple stars in you levels make sure to update the game. you must live in these countries (United Kingdom, United States of America, Brazil, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Denmark, Austria, Ireland, Finland, Poland, Romania, Czechia, Greece, or Portugal; to take part and be at least 18 years of age before you start the contest.
