Are you still having the issue? Do you see all other features in your game but, only All Stars has disappeared?
If you do not see any events & features in the Events folder, please replay a level and lose it. Then, go back to the map screen and check your Events folder. Most of the events should come back.
Now, replay a level (old or new) with Purple candies and win it. If you are included in the Tournament, the candies you have collected will trigger the leaderboard and you will see your placement in the Tournament.
