Cannot play

I really don't know what to do anymore.The game froze and can't be played.Uninstalling and then installing .Hta ran for about 2 hours and that's it.It froze again and won't start again.Only this app does this.It's been going on since 5.4.2024. And the second time I uninstalled I lost all the bonuses so I'm not enjoying it anymore

Unfortunately it is not possible to send an email from the player settings.The help button is not responding.Only this button is not responding. Since Friday I have done nothing but write queries to all possible parties what to do with it !!!!!
