Where is my progress in all star?

Hi.

Due to connection problems in the game, caused by the app bug, I couldn't see my all star rank score or buy items, so I uninstalled the game and installed it again.

To my surprise, I can no longer see the all stars rank, the login wallpaper is different, my progress has also been reset and it seems that some stages have returned.

Could you help me, please? I was in first place in the recent ranking and for that I spent money only to stay at the top. This is very frustrating…

Why did the game suddenly award me a “Gift Card Item” which turned out to be 1 Hour of free lives and then disappear without actually giving me anything?

I used an old Facebook account to create one for my Candy crush Saga game. Is there a way to change it and use my Gmail instead?
