I've been playing this for a couple years now and now the ads won't play and I get the oops. Any ideas to help? I have cleaned my device but it's still not working

Thanks for the warm welcome. It's for the extra moves. Ad goes to the end and no matter how long I wait for most ads are between 15 to 30 seconds long it says ad interrupted. If this is the new normal I can see me not playing as much as I do now

Are you playing Candy Crush Saga? If so, for which feature/event, the Ads are not working?
Is it for the —> (1) extra moves; (2) extra lives; (3) Sweet Cinema feature; (4) Treasure Hunt; (5) Pre-game boosters Ad; or some other thing?
