I am sorry to hear that you did not receive your rewards from finishing a race!  You need to contact the King Player Support team and send a complaint.

** If you are using mobile device or the App version on Windows 10/11, please follow below steps⬇️

* Click on the Pink Cogwheel located in the top right corner of the game map screen;
* Click on the ? icon from Settings window;
* Go down to "Events" and click on it;
* Now, look for the Race you did not win the reward from and click on it;
* Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us"; 
* You will have to fill a from to send your complaint.

Note: If you did not receive rewards from multiple features, you will have to send multiple complaints.

Here's what you can do:

* Make sure your game is connected to the internet. Sometimes, a quick connection check does the trick!
* If you've already tried closing and reopening the game, the next step is to reach out to our support team. You can contact them directly through the game's settings menu. Tap on the 'Settings' gear icon, then select 'Help Center' and 'Contact Us.'

When reaching out, it would be super helpful to include:

* Your game ID or the email address associated with your game account.
* The date and approximate time you finished the races.
* A mention that you were expecting your gold bars for finishing first in two Episode Races.
