Had to get a new phone. Level transfered but not all of my extra stuff I had built up :-( this happened with multiple games

Thank you for the feedback , and sorry that happen to you . The Gold Bars do sync across all platforms in all games, but the Boosters do not sync between devices.

That is because the boosters and lives are stored on device local storage memory, which are not transferrable. Whereas, the Gold Bars and the level progress are stored to King servers, which will be transferred from device to device.
If those boosters include any purchased boosters, you will have to contact King Player Support team and send a complaint.
