stars knock out round is cheating. Suzie Q is at the top with well over 1million points. Far past anyone even second place. Her profile shows her on the same level she’s been on for hours now and yet her points still continue to increase exponentially. And her profile claims the last time she played was yesterday. Please explain this

We had multiple complaints about this yesterday! So, I asked our Community In-charge and they said this⬇️
The reason for this is not necessarily that the player is cheating. I heard from the studio that this "Activity this week" information does not update that often. The leaderboards update in realtime, so players will continuously see the correct score of their opponents. The score shown on these player cards might only be updated a few times per day.
If you still feel there is foul play, please send a complaint to King Player Support team with help of the steps provided in this link —> How to report Cheating?
everyone else on my board is climbing with levels except this person. And I’m not losing any levels I’m winning just about every level first try and their points are doubling faster then mine are

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
