The wifi connection is not the problem. The game is. I can sign in to Bubble Witch and Pyramid Solitaire without trouble
Ive had that happen sometimes it is a WiFi issue at least for me it was because when im home i use WiFi instead if data . My recommendation would be to check your WiFi and restart/ reset
